SBU Distributes More Than $1 Million to Students in Coronavirus Relief Funds

Southwest Baptist University is distributing more than $1 million in coronavirus emergency relief funds to its students to help offset cost of attendance or emergency costs incurred due to coronavirus during the 2021 spring semester. The funding is made available by the Department of Education through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II (HEERF II), authorized by the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA) that was signed into law on Dec. 27, 2020.
