The music area of Southwest Baptist University will present its annual Masterworks concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 30, on John Q. Hammons Court in the Meyer Wellness and Sports Center on the Bolivar campus. The Masterworks Orchestra and Chorus will present the choral suite, “The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace,” by Sir Karl Jenkins. The program also will include works by Max Richter, Bruce Broughton and Ennio Morricone.
